We supply the captain, boat, gas, and even a cooler for your drinks and snacks. Join us for a hands on sailing adventure that will include some very basic lessons on the basics of sailing. Captain Steve Butz has over 35 years of sailing experience and recently completed a circumnavigation on Alyosha. He has logged over 40,000 nautical miles on the boat. Expect to participate in raising, lowering and adjusting the sails as Alyosha gracefully glides under wind power! No question is off limits as Steve is happy to pursue whatever topics interest sailors looking to boost their knowledge or stoke the interest of newbys to the sport.

We’ve got 15 themed cruises running 7 days a week. Throughout the summer there are occasionally events that can best seen from the water, including the Ocean City Air Show, 4th of July fireworks, and select music concerts. Even those we did not see the dolphins all the other sights were excellent. We booked this tour for our family of 5, we had a 5 year old with us first time parasailing. It was a very fun and safe experience for us.

Boat travels from the bay up to the Carousel Hotel and back. Try something completely different and come sailing on our 50’ catamaran, Alyosha! We offer several trips each day, usually at 1pm, 4pm and sometimes a “Sunset Cruise” in the evening. Alyosha can take up to 12 people and has a men’s and women’s restroom for your use throughout the trip. These cruises are a nice 1-hour tour of the north end of the Assawoman bay. We depart from our Kiosk at 118th Street about 30 minutes before sunset (times change throughout the month, so check the schedule).

While waiting for our turn Audra told us all about Parasailing, we thought about doing this all night. Well we got brave enough to go back and try it! Audra and the guys were very awesome and we are so happy we tried it! Staff from the Maryland Coastal Bays program will provide a guided tour of the Assawoman and Sinepuxent Bays.
This was our 2nd visit to OCMD and the Sea Rocket boat tour. Both times was a great experience and we got to see dolphins both times. Crew was friendly and funny and they played a good variety of music. My 5 year old daughter loves the boat ride and it will be a return visit for us on future vacations.
